electrical fanowners integrity
we had booked a specific room, but we were moved. this made me question the integrity. the first night was sleepless due to a loud electrical fan noise. it sounded like it came from the room above. attempts to contact the owners that night received no answer. i found the whole thing unsettling.

nick's welcome was heart warming. the room faced the sea, offering a double aspect and a beach view. breakfast was delicious, nick cooked well, and caroline was very hospitable. we talked with them and recommend staying here.
I noticed a bit of dust. More attention to detail is needed.

the location is great. it is near the beach. everything is accessible. a recommended parking area is a short walk away and includes a stop at the pub.

the wifi worked well. the television included netflix and amazon. there was tea, coffee, and an ironing board. they also gave us a phone call to let us know about the fireworks.

the twin room me and my son got worked for us. the location was perfect too. caroline and nick are lovely and the breakfast was fab.
our room had lots of dust, and cobwebs too. it need more attention to detail. i did expected a super clean and modern room for the money we paid.
